MedicalPassbook helps you follow your doctor's advice. It never replaces it.

Not medical advice
Nothing on this website or in the app is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Reminders, food precautions and summaries are there to help you follow what your own doctor has prescribed.
In an emergency
Call 112 or go to the nearest hospital. Do not wait for a reminder, a message or a reply from anyone in the app.
Prescription reading can be wrong
Handwriting, photo quality and unusual abbreviations can lead to mistakes. Every medicine, dose and timing is a draft until you check it against the paper and confirm it. If something does not match or looks unsafe, ask your doctor or pharmacist before you take it.
Food precautions
Precautions shown with a medicine come from general rules reviewed by doctors. They may not suit your condition, other medicines or allergies. Your doctor's instructions always come first.
Reminders are an aid
A reminder can fail to arrive. Do not rely on one as the only way to take essential medicines.
Examples
Names, prescriptions, doctors and reviews marked as examples on the website are made up to show how the product works. They are not real people or advice.
Not an official record
A Passbook is a personal health summary. It is not a government health ID, and a clinic or insurer may not accept it as an official record.
