MedicalPassbook is a health record for Indian families, built around the way care actually happens: across cities, between generations and on paper.
Why we are building it
A parent in Lucknow, a daughter in Bengaluru, a prescription on a sheet of paper. Medicines get missed, instructions get lost and the next doctor starts from nothing.
We think every person deserves one clear record: what they take, when, what to avoid and what happened before. And the people who help them should see it without chasing photographs on WhatsApp.
How we work
You stay in charge
AI drafts. You check and confirm. We never schedule or share anything on your behalf without you.
Consent comes first
Each adult agrees to their own Passbook, as the DPDP Act asks.
Made for Indian families
English and हिन्दी, large text for elders, Indian prescriptions and servers in India.
Honest about limits
MedicalPassbook is not a medical device and does not diagnose. It is a personal summary, not an official ID.
Where we are
MedicalPassbook is new. We are starting with a small group of families, and every sample, name and prescription on the website is an example.
