Your Data Rights
You own your records. Here is how to use your rights under the DPDP Act.

Your rights
- Access: see the personal data we hold about you and who it is shared with.
- Correction: fix anything wrong, or complete anything missing. Most of this you can do yourself in the app.
- Erasure: delete a record, a Passbook or your account.
- Withdraw consent: stop sharing or processing at any time. Revoking a share takes one tap.
- Nominate: name a person who can exercise your rights if you die or cannot act.
- Grievance: complain if you think we have handled your data wrongly.
Do it in the app
- View or edit a record from the Records screen.
- See and end any share from the Share screen.
- See who viewed a record in its activity log.
- Delete a family member's Passbook or your account from Settings.
If you cannot do it in the app
Write to us from the number you signed up with, say what you want, and tell us which Passbook it concerns. We will confirm it is you, then reply within a reasonable time and in any case within the period the law sets.
Making a complaint
Write to us first and give us the chance to put it right. We will acknowledge your complaint and reply with what we have done.
If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Acting for someone else
A parent or lawful guardian can exercise these rights for a child. For an adult, the person must give their own agreement, or be a nominee as described above.
